Search for Phrase Sets

Use

  1. In the Basic Data and Tools menu, choose one of the following paths:

    • Start of the navigation path ¡        Phrase Next navigation step Edit Phrase Set End of the navigation path

    • ¡ Start of the navigation path Phrase Next navigation step Display Phrase Set End of the navigation path

      The initial screen appears . You can start the search from here. During the search, all entries are linked with AND.

  2. Enter the data known to you.

    Note Note

    The SAP system supports generic searching; for example, *K15*.

    If you search for all phrase sets that are assigned to a specific phrase, you can specify the search criteria for this phrase. The phrase must be in the active phrase library.

    The fields Phrase Set Name, Phrase Code, and Phrase Text are case sensitive.

  3. Choose with the the quick info text Hit List.

    The hit list appears (see Maintain Phrase Sets ).

    Note Note

    Go to Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Search Parameters End of the navigation path to view the search parameters that resulted in the current hit list structure.

    If the search results do not meet your requirements, start a new search by choosing Start of the navigation path Phrase Set Next navigation step Other Selection End of the navigation path.
