Exporting Reports Manually

Use

If you are exporting a report for the first time, you must generate the report export order manually.

For the reports, the SAP system automatically creates export orders that have been newly generated since the last export date and have the status Released.

Prerequisites

See the Prerequisites section in Report Export: Process.

Procedure

  1. In the Product Safety menu, choose Start of the navigation path Reports Next navigation step Report Information System End of the navigation path

    The Report Information System: Initial Screen appears .

  2. Enter your Search Criteria and a material and confirm your entries.

  3. Choose Report Tree.

    Reports that correspond to your search criteria are displayed on the Report Information System: Report Tree screen.

  4. Select the required reports and choose Reports -> Export.

    The Export Reports dialog box appears.

  5. Choose the required export method (standard method: DOKX_EXOMN) and confirm.

    The SAP system displays the number of report export orders generated.
