Export of Sources, Phrases, and Specifications
Use
In source management, the phrase hit list, or specification hit list, you can export the following objects:

You use phrase and specification search functions to group phrases and specifications as you require. For phrases, you can also limit the languages in which the phrases are to be exported.

File Check
Before export, the SAP system checks whether the transfer file can be opened on the application server. If the file already exists, you have the following options:
Overwrite the transfer file
Assign a new file name
Data Export
Data is exported in the background. The SAP system:
Generates an export log containing information about errors that occurred
Protects phrases and specifications from changes during export
Generates the transfer file in transfer format and stores it on the application server
NoteIf an error occurs in a value assignment, this particular value assignment cannot be exported.
You can only export data for which you have read authorization.
