Searching for Phrase Sets

  1. In the Basic Data and Tools menu , choose one of the following paths:

    • Start of the navigation path ¡        Phrases Next navigation step Edit Phrase Sets End of the navigation path

    • ¡ Start of the navigation path Phrases Next navigation step Display Phrase Sets End of the navigation path

      The initial screen appears. You can start the search from here. During the search, all entries are linked with AND.

  2. Enter the data known to you.

    Note Note

    The SAP system supports generic search, *K15* , for example.

    If you want to find all phrase sets assigned to a particular phrase, specify search criteria for this phrase. The phrase must belong to the active phrase library.

    In the Phrase set name, Phrase code , and Phrase text fields, ensure you use the correct lowercase and uppercase letters.

  3. Choose with the quick info text Hit List .

    The hit list appears (see Editing Phrase Sets ).

    Note Note

    Choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Search Parameters End of the navigation path to display the search parameters used to generate the current hit list.

    If the search result does not meet your requirements, choose Start of the navigation path PhraseSet Next navigation step Other Selection End of the navigation path to start a new search.
