Synchronizing a Model

Use

You can synchronize a development component or model stored in the source control system. This makes a local copy of the last checked-in version of the model or development component. Synchronizing a model may be useful when you want to be sure that you are viewing the latest changes that may have been made to a model by another user. You may also want to synchronize before deploying a model, to make sure that the latest model versions are included in the build (deploy processes use the local copies of models and development components).

Prerequisites

The model that you want to sync is currently the active model in Storyboard.

Procedure

Choose Start of the navigation path Source Control Next navigation step Sync End of the navigation path . The last check-in version of the selected item is copied to the local cache.
