Delegating Series of Meetings

Use

As a room owner or organizer, you can delegate the management and holding of a meeting to another user on the Meeting Room page.

Procedure

  1. In the Next Meeting iView, click Delegate.
  2. A dialog box appears in which you can enter the data that is sent to the users that you select.
  3. Select the user and enter a subject and text for the e-mail. You can also attach documents, if necessary.
  4. Click Send E-Mail.

    The system sends the e-mail to the selected user and adds the user to the Organizer room role in the room member list.
