Creating a Netting Cycle

Use

For netting cycles, cycles are stored after selections have been made for netting. Selection conditions could be the posting date or the exchange number, for example.

Prerequisites

For netting to be able to be carried out, the netting cycle has to be saved for the exchange partner. The company code and the netting blocking indicator have to match for the netting cycle and for the netting document.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Exchanges Next navigation step Exchange operations Next navigation step Netting Next navigation step Financials based netting Next navigation step Netting cycle Next navigation step Create selection End of the navigation path .

  1. On the screen that is displayed, enter the exchange partner, the company code and the netting blocking indicator, and chooseENTER .

  2. Choose Selection criteria ….

  3. A dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select up to three selection criteria and then chooseENTER.

  5. A dialog box is displayed.

  6. Enter the selection values (for example: exchange number, posting date from … to…) for the selected criteria.

  7. Confirm your selections by choosingENTER.

  8. That takes you back to the initial screen.

  9. Save the netting cycle(s).
