Prerequisites for AI-Assisted Process Modeler

The necessary licenses, administrative actions, and feature activation required to use AI-assisted process modeler capabilities. Understanding these requirements ensures proper setup and access to AI-assisted process modeler.

For using AI-assisted process modeler, you need to meet the criteria specified in the prerequisites below.

  • You have an SAP Signavio Process Manager license, which allows you to access the SAP Signavio Process Manager editor. For more information, reach out to your workspace administrator.

  • Your workspace administrator submitted a one-time provisioning request for the connectivity add-on for SAP Signavio solutions. For more information, see Provisioning for AI-assisted process modeler, text to process.

  • Your workspace administrator has read and agreed to the data protection and privacy policy, which includes data protection in AI and cross-border data transfer.

  • Your workspace administrator created an SAP for MeInformation published on SAP site ticket with the BPI-SIG-CA-AI-T2P label to request the AI-assisted process modeler to be enabled. Once enabled, your workspace administrator must activate this capability for the users. For more information, see Activate Embedded AI Capabilities and Assign Users.

  • Your workspace administrator activated the feature set to create and edit BPMN processes for your user to be able to edit models (diagram) and create new revisions, as described in Activating Feature Sets.
