Dictionary Entries in AI-Assisted Process Modeler

Use AI-assisted process modeler enhancements, dictionary integration feature to link dictionary entries to process model elements while reviewing the generated model (diagram).

The dictionary feature in AI-assisted process modeler, allows you to link dictionary entries to process model elements while reviewing the created diagram. For more information about the creation process, see Creating a BPMN Diagram with AI-Assisted Process Modeler.

The model preview window contains a section at the bottom that's meant for you to check the dictionary links. In this section, you can see the following:

Identified entry: Contains a list of model elements (including events, systems, and more) that are exact matches to existing dictionary entries in your workspace.
Linked to: Displays the type (as an icon) and the name of the existing dictionary entry to which the identified element is linked.
Category: Specifies the category of the entry. It includes both the standard categories and any custom categories that you've created.

To link the entries in the model to your dictionary, follow these steps:

From the model preview window, review the identified entries or elements to check which ones you wish to link to your dictionary entries.

Note

All the identified entries are pre-selected for linking by default. Uncheck any entry that you don't want to link to your dictionary.
(Optional) Get more details about the existing entry, including its definition, by selecting the entry under the Linked to column. It navigates you to the Attributes tab of the specific dictionary entry in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.
