Sharing a Diagram from the Explorer

You can share any diagram to which you have access.

Context

One of the most powerful features in collaborative process design is inviting stakeholders to review and comment on diagrams. This function lets you involve contributors who don't need to be modeling experts. Anyone you invite who isn't already a member of your workspace needs to register and receives a commenting license.

Procedure

Select your diagram in the explorer.
In the toolbar, go to Share Invite Anyone for Feedback.
In the dialog, select users from the list or add email addresses for new users you want to invite.
Optional: Add a message.
Send your invite.
Everyone you invited receives an email. Anyone you invite who is not already a member of your workspace needs to register and is assigned a commenting license.
