Hit List View Control

 

You can adapt the view of the report shipping order hit list to suit the object for which the report shipping order was created. You can use the following alternatives:

  1. If you do not specify a report category on the initial screen for report shipping orders, you can change the view in the hit list using Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Change View Next navigation step Define View End of the navigation path . The standard fields for the hit list are then replaced accordingly.

  2. If you enter a report category as a search criterion on the initial screen, the system automatically displays the correct view of the relevant report application in the hit list.

    Note Note

    For the report category MSDS, you can assign the report application MATMASTER or SUBMASTER in Customizing for Product Safety under Specify Report Categories . In both cases, the system displays the hit list with the standard view showing the fields Material name and Specification .

  3. You use the extended search in the initial screen as follows:

    • If you enter data on the work area or the person affected, the appropriate view is displayed.

    • If you enter data on the work area or the person affected and also enter additional data in the remaining extended standard searches, the view for the work area or person affected is displayed.

    • If you enter data on the work area and the person affected, the default view is displayed.

      The options listed above apply in the following priority sequence: 1 > 2 > 3.
