Creating Phrase Sets

Use

  1. In the Basic Data and Tools menu , choose Start of the navigation path Phrases Next navigation step Edit Phrase Sets. End of the navigation path

    The Edit Phrase Set: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Choose with the quick info text Create .

    The Create Phrase Set: Header screen appears.

  3. Enter data as required and save your entries.

    Note Note

    If you have not entered a key for the phrase set, the system assigns a key to the phrase set after you have made the required entries and confirmed.

  4. Choose the following pushbuttons:

    • Phrase Set Names to enter phrase set names in different languages

    • Phrases to assign phrases to the phrase set

      You can also create phrase sets from the hit list by choosing Create or copying an existing phrase set.
