Output Dangerous-Goods-Specific TextsDangerous-goods-specific texts are output if they are created as phrases in the dangerous goods master and the output as a SAPscript form is planned.
You need to assign the phrase sets to the corresponding text fields of the dangerous goods master. If you are in create or change mode of the dangerous goods master, you have the phrases available via the input help.
Note
Dangerous-goods-specific texts are always output in principle. However, in Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management
, in the activity Specify Output Conditions and Formatting Methods
, you have the option of configuring conditions for the output, by assigning function modules.
Example
This example describes how you configure that a phrase is output as a user-defined text depending on the Bulk/Liquid
indicator.
Set the Bulk/Liquid
indicator in the material master, in the view Basic Data 2
.
Create a dangerous goods master record.
In the dangerous goods master, on the Printed Texts
tab, select a phrase for a user-defined field (example: PDGF1
). The prerequisite is that you have assigned a phrase set to the relevant user-defined field.
In the Customizing activity Specify Output Conditions and Formatting Methods
, assign the corresponding function module to the field, for example, DG50_PRICOND_BULK
.
Note
The following function modules are provided as an example.
DG50_PRICOND_BULK
DG50_PRICOND_HIGHVISCO
DG50_PRICOND_HIGHVISCOTXT
See the documentation for the function modules to find out which condition the individual function modules check.
For this, choose . Enter the name of the function module and choose Display
. Choose the Function Module Documentation
pushbutton to access the documentation for the function module.
