Procedure documentationDestroying Time Events Data Using HRTIM_TEV

You can use the HR: Time Events (HRTIM_TEV) archiving object to delete clock in and clock out data. Clock in/clock out data is used by employers to determine employee absences, attendances, working times, and overtime. The clock in/clock out data is also used to create time pairs as well as time tickets that are used in time evaluation and in payroll processing.

Time events data is regarded as person-related data in terms of data privacy, therefore, country-specific regulations may mean it is necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period is reached.
