The following are the authorization objects you need for this archiving object:

  • Authorization object P_RCF_POOL (with RCF_POOL as DIRECT_ACC) is checked to allow the destruction of candidates from the talent pool.

  • Authorization object P_RCF_ACT (with ACTVT set to 06) is checked to allow the deletion of activities performed on candidates and candidacies.

To execute the delete report the authorization is not checked, since check has been done in write report.
