Absence Quotas Infotype (2006)

In some countries, such as Germany, employees with severe challenges are entitled to additional vacation days. If so, during the data destruction session, the system checks whether a personnel number belongs to a corresponding country grouping for which a rule for automatic generation of absence quotas exists (Absence Quota infotype 2006).

If these types of generated data records still exist in infotype 2006 at the time of data destruction, you need to first destroy the absence quotas before you can destroy the related challenges data. Only then can you destroy the data records in infotype 0004 with creating inconsistencies.

For more information, see Destroy Time Quotas with HRTIM_QUOT.

Monitoring of Tasks Infotype (0019): Country-Specific Dependency for Germany

As a result your Customizing settings for dynamic actions for infotype 0004, data records might be generated in a subtype of the Monitoring of Tasks infotype (0019). You use these data records to track when the determination of a challenge expires. The subtype for infotype 0019, for which data records were created in the dynamic action, is maintained in the Challenge Task Type field (SBART) of table T543.

If data records still exist for infotype 0019, the system issues a warning in the data destruction log. Remember that you also need to destroy the data records. For more information, see Destroying Tasks Using HRRCF_TASK.
