Background documentationChecks for HRRCF_CAND

To ensure that only data that is no longer required in business processes is destroyed, the write program performs the following checks:

  • No applications or candidacies may (still) exist for the candidates.

  • The candidates need to have been inactive (not logged on to the system) for a considerable period of time.

If you have selected the Only Deregistered Candidates checkbox on the selection screen of the write program (RH_RCF_ARC_CAND_WRI), then only deregistered candidates are included in the data destruction run. In this case the system does not check whether the preprocessing program RH_RCF_ARC_CAND_PRE was executed to inform the candidate by e-mail that their data is about to be destroyed. The system selects all those candidates whose registrations (indicator in the infotype Candidate Overview (5102)) have been deleted.

If you do not select the checkbox, the system checks whether the preprocessing program was executed and takes into account the date specified there, up to which candidates last logged on to the system (Most Recent Logon Date Before field).
