If these notes are not applied, then the archiving of processes will lead to inconsistencies which cannot be resolved.

You can use the Process Browser to view all archived processes. To do so, you must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations for theHRASR_PA, HRASR_PD, and HRASR_EREC archiving objects. You can use the process status Archived to explicitly search all archived process instances (must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations). For the application configurations that do not have a process status as a search criteria, only the archived processes are displayed (must have S_ARCHIVE authorizations). In this case it is not possible to explicitly search the archived process instances.
