In SAP E-Recruiting, you can use archiving objects to destroy the data relating to completed requisitions, candidates that do not have an assignment, and completed applications, after the specified retention duration has expired.

Prerequisites

To be able to create retention rules in Retention Management for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), you need to switch on the ILM business function.

Procedure

  1. Destroy the data using the corresponding archiving objects.
