Retention rules for EIC activities can be based on the following fields:

  • Category

  • Subcategory

  • Country Grouping (MOLGA)

Note Note

It is the user's responsibility to define a rule with a valid combination of the values for these fields. The archiving object does not check whether the combination of the three values is useful.

Therefore, if you define a rule based on these three parameters, ensure that you provide valid values for the category, related subcategory, and country grouping.
