The authorization object P_ABAP checks the running of the programs of the archiving object HR: External Person (HRLSO_H). If the degree of simplification for the authorization check (COARS) is set to 1, special authorizations are required to run the write program RPLSO_H_ARCH_WRI. If the value is set to 2, the authorization check is not performed.

You do not need special authorization for the delete program RPLSO_H_ARCH_DEL since the authorization check is performed for the associated write program.

You need authorization object S_ARCHIVE, to execute the read program RPLSO_GENERIC_ARCH_READ in archiving mode and display the generated archiving file.
