If the write program of the archiving object HRRCF_REQ is successfully run, the following data is issued in the log:

  • Tables from which the data was deleted

  • Number of records that were deleted from each table

  • Log message for each selected object (for example, Status is In Process, End of the retention period has been reached, Data object cannot be destroyed)

  • Error messages (for example, No data could be selected for data destruction, No data found for the selection criteria)

The number of records outputted and the size of the archive file created depend on parameters such as the following:

  • Status of the data to be selected

  • Selected application log

  • Number of applications

  • Number of candidacies

  • Candidate profiles selected for deletion

  • Number of attachments
