Analyzing - Maintain Variant (PY-XX-DT)

Use

At this time, archived posting documents can only be displayed. You can display archived posting documents without writing them back to the database. To do so, use program RPCIPS00 ( Display Payroll Posting Document ).

Note Note

You can also access program RPCIPS00 directly from Payroll . To do so, proceed as follows:

End of the note.
  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Subsequent activities Next navigation step Per payroll period Next navigation step Reporting Next navigation step Posting to Accounting Next navigation step Edit run End of the navigation path .

  2. This takes you to the Display Posting Runs screen.

  3. To display a Document Overview , double-click on an archived posting run.

  4. To display a document, double-click on it.

  5. If the document has been archived, a dialog box appears in which the system requires you to confirm that you really want to display the document. The system asks this question because displaying archived documents takes longer than displaying documents that are still in the database.

  6. Confirm.

Archived posting documents are not displayed using the Archive Information System (AS) because program RPCIPS00 is available for this purpose.
