Before you start a data destruction session, you can use this preprocessing program to send e-mails to candidates automatically, to inform them that their data is about to be destroyed. If the candidates do not log on to the system by a particular date, the data is destroyed. Candidates who have already deregistered do not receive an e-mail.

If you run the preprocessing program RH_RCF_ARC_CAND_PRE for the archiving object HRRCF_CAND, you need to enter an existing variant or create a new variant. You require a variant for each data destruction run, even in test mode.
