With the transactional app My Projects you can track and edit the master data of projects, anywhere and anytime. This app consolidates project detail information and spending information in an easy-to-consume way.

Key Features

  • Display of internal order master data

  • Ability to lock, unlock, and complete internal order

  • Change of responsible person, responsible cost center, and description

  • List key people for the internal order based on master data

  • Display of current year budget and predicted spend of expense types

Note Note

This app has the following limitations:

  • Statistical internal orders are not supported.

  • WBS elements are not supported.

  • Only groups are supported in the configuration in transactions FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S and FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_M.

  • Internal Order

    You can get the related business objects of the selected internal order.

  • Profit Center

    You can get the profit center's detailed information and its related business objects, such as WBS element or sales orders.

  • Cost Center

    You can get the cost center’s detailed information and related business objects which include activity type, cost center group and fixed assets.

System Landscape Requirements

The app consists of front-end components (such as the user interfaces) and back-end components (such as the OData service). The back-end components and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
