If the app was not changed in a particular support package stack, then this support package stack is not mentioned in this document.

The Create Correspondence app has been enhanced as follows:

New/Enhanced Key Features

New Key Features

Users can select the new correspondence type Copy of Billing Document to send a copy of the billing document to the customer.

Note Note

This correspondence type is only available if users select a billing document in the Process Receivables app and then navigate to the Create Correspondence app.

The Create Correspondence app has been enhanced as follows:

New/Enhanced Key Features

New Key Features

  • The name of the app changed from Create Customer Correspondence to Create Correspondence.

Enhanced Key Features

  • The UI validation changed to accommodate an alphanumeric "document number" field (for invoices and such).

  • A back arrow is added to the screen. This back arrow is for users who navigate to the application from another application such as Process Receivables. Clicking the arrow takes them back to the previous application from which they came.

New/Changed Implementation Details

New:

The authorization role (PFCG role) changed fromSAP_FI_CORRESPONDENCE to SAP_SFIN_CORRESPONDENCE_APP.
