Layout of the Link Tree

Using the personalization object SAP DRB: Display options & object types for document links (S_DRB), you can determine:

Which object types (documents) are to be displayed in the link tree
Whether the link tree is to be displayed in the tree control or as a list
Whether the display of the nodes in the link tree should be optimized in terms of display or performance

Note

To display the links for all object types, no object types may be selected in the left area of the personalization dialog, because the display is limited to the selected object types.

You can define the settings for a user or a role.

You can find the personalization object in user or role maintenance (transaction SU01 or PFCG) on the Personalization tab page. For more information, choose the i button or Information after the selection of the personalization object.

Fields within the Link Tree

If you display the link tree in the tree control, you can select which fields are to be displayed. In the standard, only the object category and object key are displayed. Using the Layout function, you can select additional fields such as the logical system and the source of the document (database or archive).
