Creating an RFC User for the Connection from IKS to the Application Server ABAP

Use

This technical user is used to create the RFC connection between the IKS and the Application Server ABAP. You should create a separate user for this purpose to help you identify possible error sources.

Procedure

1. Call transaction SU01.

2. Create a user of the type SYSTEM / SERVICE (<> Dialog) and assign the role SAP_KM_KW_RFC_CPIC_USER to this user.
