Creating Customer-Specific Help Links
Prerequisites

You have written your own content and stored it in SAP KW.

The content is assigned to structures and all Info Objects have the status Released.

You have created an RFC destination in SM59 of the SAP KW system between the SAP KW and the application system in which the help links are to be defined. The stored user must have authorizations to create transport requests and to add entries.
Context
You want to call customer-defined documents directly from the application system by choosing .
In the application systems, you need to store information about the transaction or program the info object is to be called up for as documentation.

Results
In the SAP GUI structure preview under the customer context you can now create context-sensitive help links using the pushbutton Help Link.
