Creating an Info Object List

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse and want to group info objects:

  • for editing (in the SAP GUI for Windows)

  • to maintain and display their attributes.

Procedure

Create Info Object List through folder selection

  1. Choose one or more folders in the Favorites.

  2. To select several folders listed one below the other, select the first folder, press the Shift key and select the last folder.

    To select several single folders, use the Ctrl key.

  3. Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder Next navigation step Info Object ListEnd of the navigation path

A list of the info objects contained in the selected folders is displayed. The attributes of each info object are displayed in the current display variant.

Create Info Object List through Search Query

You can create the Info Object List with the Find Info Object function.

Result

The Info Object List is created.
