Adjusting Document Properties

Use

The print process can be controlled using the document properties in the EMPTYDOC info object (folder OEPPR3, area Administration):

Value Yes or No

The page settings defined in the EMPTYDOC info object are copied to the print file using this setting.

If the customer-specific property in the document does not already exist, you have to create it.

To set the KW_UsePageSettings properties, proceed as follows:

1. Open the folder with the technical name OEPPR3 in the Administration area.

2. Create a new version of the EMPTYDOC info object.

3. Edit the EMPTYDOC info object.

4. Make the entry with the above specifications.

5. Save the info object and start the print process.

Document Property KW_KeepHeaders

• KW_KeepHeaders

• Type Yes or No

• Value Yes or No

The changes made in the PRINT.EH_HEADER_FOOTER info object (area Documentation) or in the PRINT.TR_ HEADER_FOOTER info object (area Training) are copied to the print file using this setting (folder STYLES).

To set the KW_KeepHeaders properties, proceed as follows:

1. Open the OEPPR3 folder in the Administration area.

2. Create a new version of the EMPTYDOC info object.

3. Edit the EMPTYDOC info object.

4. Make the entry with the above specifications.

5. Save the info object and start the print process.
