Changing the Windows Server Settings

Use

This procedure changes the Windows server during running operation, for example, the destinations or consolidation paths.

Prerequisites

You are on the screen SAP Knowledge Warehouse:. HTML Export.

Procedure

To change the Windows server in running operation, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathSettings Next navigation step ServerEnd of the navigation path.

  2. The SAP Knowledge Warehouse screen appears. HTML Export Server appears.

  3. Select the Windows server whose settings you want to change.

  4. Choose Change Display.

  5. Deactivate the Windows server.

  6. Wait until the last process is finished.

  7. Change the server settings.

  8. Save your work.

  9. Start the jobs in the following order:

    1. Analysis

    2. Export

    3. Scheduler

Result

The system settings were changed. The export services are ready again.
