Info Object Classes

The class of an info object defines various properties of the object, such as:

• Attributes of the object

• Relationships possible between the object and objects of other classes

• File formats in which the object can exist

Content Types

Content objects can be assigned to different content types, depending on their contents and the area in which they are stored. Templates that define the block titles and other layout elements (for example, standard graphics) when the document is created are linked with these content types.

To categorize the contents of info objects with the mandatory Content Type attribute, you must create the appropriate content templates.
