Maintaining the Attributes of Info Objects

Use

The info objects in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse have a number of attributes that describe the info objects or their development process, for example, content type, status, and creation date.

Some attributes are assigned by the SAP Knowledge Warehouse user and some by the SAP System, depending on their functions.

The attributes have exactly one value.

Integration

All attributes can be used to search for info objects.

Key Features

The attributes for individual info objects in the Info Object List can be maintained online or in the structure editor.

Some attributes (for example, status) can be maintained for several info objects at the same time. This is only possible in the Info Object List.
