Changing Info Object Attributes

Prerequisites

You are in the Info Object List, the Structure Editor or online processing.

The info objects have the status Editing.

Procedure

If you are in an Info Object List, proceed as follows:

  1. Select one or more info objects.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathInfo Object Next navigation step Attributes Next navigation step ChangeEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Choose the attribute that you want to maintain and choose Continue.

  4. Enter or choose values and choose Continue.

If you are processing online, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathInfo Object Next navigation step Change AttributeEnd of the navigation path.

  2. Choose the attribute that you want to maintain and choose Continue.

  3. Enter the value or choose the values and choose Continue.

    The message Attribute has been changed appears in the status line.

If you are in the structure editor, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose an info object in the structure.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathInfo Object Next navigation step Attributes Next navigation step ChangeEnd of the navigation path.

    If you are changing an info object in the structure editor, the online processing is terminated. A query appears after saving the changes.

  3. Choose the attribute that you want to maintain and choose Continue.

  4. Enter the value or choose the values and choose Continue.

    The message Attribute has been changed appears in the status line.
