Define Display of the Info Object List

Use

You can define how the Info Object List is to be displayed.

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

Procedure

To define the Info Object List display:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathUtilities  Next navigation step Settings Next navigation step  Display Info Object ListEnd of the navigation path.

  2. A dialog box appears:

  3. Choose one of the options.

    • Full screen

      Only the Info Object List is displayed in the grid display.

    • Enhanced full screen

      Used for drag and drop functions in the info object list. Only this option makes, for example, drag and drop from the Windows Explorer possible and the context menu available.

    • Under navigation tree of the folder structure

      The Info Object List is displayed below the Favorites and the entry structure.

    • Next to navigation tree of the folder structure

      The Info Object List is displayed next to the Favorites and the entry structure.

    • List display (classic)

      Only the Info Object List is displayed in the list display.

  4. Choose Enter.

Result

The Info Object List is displayed as you defined it in the settings.
