Creating a Help Link for a Content Object
Prerequisites
You are in the preview or in the structure maintenance.
Procedure
Choose a content object.
Choose .
The Help Link System Selection dialog box appears, in which you can choose an SAP system where the content object should be linked with a context in the SAP system.
Choose the SAP system and log on.
The Maintain Help Links dialog box appears.
Specify a context in which the content object should be displayed when Application help is called by making entries in the tab pages Transaction, Program, or Package (Development Class).

To create a program link:

In the Maintain Help Link dialog box, enter the program name and any text key (maximum 60 characters) in the Other Links tab page as identifier for the chosen content object.

Tell the programmer the text ID for the content object and agree with him on the context in which it is to be displayed.

Save your entries.
The Change Request Query dialog box appears.

Choose (with Own Requests) or create (with Create Request) a request and choose Continue.
The entries are saved and linked in a change request.

Release the transport request after you have maintained the help links.
Result
When you call the Application Help in the corresponding context in the chosen SAP system, the exact content object that you linked with the SAP context is displayed.
The same applies in systems into which the help link has been transported.
