Changing and Deleting a Help Link for a Content Object

Prerequisites

You are in the preview and have opened a structure with the usage type Book Structure.

Choose a content object.
Choose Edit Help Links Maintain.

The Help Link System Selection dialog box appears in which you can choose an SAP system.
Choose the SAP system and log on.

The Maintain Help Link dialog box appears.

Note

Help links should be maintained in the development system containing the original of the application object (context of the SAP system) to which a content object was linked.
Choose the tab page containing the context (e.g. transaction / program) to which the chosen content object is linked.
- To replace an existing help link, overwrite it.
- To delete a help link, select it and choose Delete Line.
Save the changes.

The Change Request Query dialog box appears.
Choose (with Own Requests) or create (with Create Request) a request and choose Continue.

The entries are saved and linked in a change request.
Release the transport request after you have maintained the help links.

If you changed the help links, the content object is displayed with the new context.

If you deleted the help link, this content object is no longer displayed for the deleted context.
