Inserting Folders

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the Knowledge Warehouse.

You want to add folders that you access regularly to your Favorites.

Inserting Selected Folders from the Entry Structure

To add a folder to your Favorites from the displayed entry structure, proceed as follows:

  1. Select one or more folders in the entry structure.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder Next navigation step Add to Favorites Next navigation step From Entry StructureEnd of the navigation path.

Inserting Folders

To add a folder to your Favorites from the Knowledge Warehouse:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder Next navigation step Add to Favorites Next navigation step With SearchEnd of the navigation path.

  2. The Find Folder dialog box appears, in which you can enter search criteria.

  3. Enter suitable values and choose Execute.

  4. A list of folders that satisfy the search criteria is displayed.

  5. Select the folders you want to add to your folder selection screen and choose Continue.

Result

The selected folders are added to your Favorites.
