Defining the Display of Info Objects

Use

You can define the following:

  • which info objects should be displayed in the Web browser

  • which info objects should be printed when you print a structure with information objects

You can define the following:

  • whether only released info objects should be displayed or printed

  • whether the current version of the info objects should be displayed or printed, whatever their status

Procedure

To define the display of info objects, proceed as follows:

  1. On the initial screen of SAP Knowledge Warehouse, choose Start of the navigation pathUtilities Next navigation step Settings Next navigation step Display Info ObjectsEnd of the navigation path.

  2. The Display Info Objects dialog box appears.

  3. Choose a kind of display and then Continue.

Result

The info objects are displayed in the Web browser according to your selection.

The info objects are printed according to your selection.

The selection is valid until the next settings change for the info object display.
