Displaying and Reusing Search Results

Use

If you started the search for info objects in the background, you can display the results.

Since the search results are stored under the name you specified, you can still use them.

The search for info objects was started in the background.

To display the results of the search, proceed as follows:

In the initial screen, choose Utilities Find Display Search Result for Info Objects.
The Read Search Result dialog box appears.
If you stored the search results as user-specific, select User-Specific. Otherwise you have access only to user-independent search results.
Enter the name under which you saved the search result.
Note

All the search results are displayed when you choose the value help.

Click on the search result you want to copy.
Start reading the search results.

The result of the search is displayed in an Info Object List. You can continue editing the info objects from this list.
