Printing a Structure with Info Objects in the SAP System

Use

You can print structures or substructures with all the info objects they contain.

Your printout contains:

  • Cover sheet

  • Contents

  • Headers and Footers

  • Expanded structure includes

  • Hyperlinks within the structure as page link [See...]

  • Hyperlinks to other (non-included) structures as external link: [External]

Prerequisites

You are

  • in the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse, or

  • in the Info Object List, or

  • in the structure editor or

  • in the preview

Procedure

In the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse

To print a structure with info objects, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the structure.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathStructure Next navigation step Print with Info ObjectsEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Check the specifications and choose Continue.

In the Info Object List

To print a structure, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the structure.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathInfo Object Next navigation step Print Next navigation step Structure with Info ObjectsEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Check the specifications and choose Continue.

In the structure editor and in the preview

To print a structure or substructure, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the nodes in the structure that contain the info objects that are to be printed.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathStructure Next navigation step Print with Info ObjectsEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Check the specifications and choose Continue.

Result

The structure is prepared for printing.

Go to Word and print the document.

Then confirm the dialog box in the SAP system.
