Displaying Info Objects in the Web Browser

Use

With this procedure you can display info objects in the Web Browser and hereby check whether they are displayed correctly.

Prerequisites

You are logged on to the SAP Knowledge Warehouse system via SAP GUI for Windows:

  • in the initial screen

  • in the Info Object List

  • in the structure editor

  • in translation using structures

Procedure

Initial Screen

To display info objects in the Web Browser, proceed as follows:

  1. Select a structure.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathStructure Next navigation step Display Next navigation step Web BrowserEnd of the navigation path.

Info Object List

To display info objects in the Web Browser, proceed as follows:

  1. Select an info object.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathGoto Next navigation step Web BrowserEnd of the navigation path.

Structure Editor

To display info objects in the Web Browser, proceed as follows:

  1. Select an info object.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathStructure Next navigation step Display Next navigation step Web BrowserEnd of the navigation path.

Translation using Structures

To display content objects in the Web Browser, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose a content object.

  2. Choose Web Browser.

Result

If you chose a structure, it is displayed in the display format with all the info objects it contains.

If you chose a content object, it is displayed in the display format without a structure.
