Change Layout

With this function you change the current layout of the list.

Procedure

To change the layout, choose Settings Layout Current....

The Change Layout dialog box shows you which columns are currently displayed (Displayed Columns) and which additional columns can be displayed (Column Set).
To show or hide columns in the list, the following functions are available:
- To show separate fields, select the relevant rows of the column set and choose Show Selected Fields. The fields are shown as Displayed Columns and disappear from the Column Set.
- To hide separate fields, select the relevant rows of the Displayed Fields and choose Hide Selected Fields. The fields disappear from the Displayed Columns and appear in the Column Set.
Choose Copy to copy the entries and exit the dialog box.

Caution

If you exit the dialog box without saving the layout (see Saving Layouts), your settings will not be saved. When you next call up the list, the standard settings will appear. You can then no longer call up your layout.
