Searching Using Attributes

Use

You can use a combination of search terms and attributes to search within the content objects of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse that were indexed via SAP NetWeaver TREX.

Prerequisites

You are in the Web Browser and have opened a Web page.

Procedure

To search using attributes, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Find.

   A dialog box appears for the search for content objects. The current context is displayed. To change the context, choose Choose Context.

2. Choose the language and area in which you want to search for the entered search string.

   You can only search within one area.

3. Select the option With Attributes and choose Search.

   A dialog box appears in which you can enter or select attributes:

4. Enter the value for the appropriate attribute.

5. Start your search.

Result

The system displays a list of objects found. Using the info button, you can see the properties of the info object.
