Inserting New Structures
Use
You can create a structure and insert it as a link or include.
Prerequisites
You are in the Change Structure screen.
Procedure
To insert a new structure in the structure, proceed as follows:

Place the cursor where the new structure should be inserted.

Choose or As Subnode.

The Insert Info Object dialog box appears.

Choose Create New Info Object.

The Info Object Class dialog box appears:

Select the structure class and copy it.

The Select Root Object for Structure dialog box appears.
You have the option to create a new root object or to use an already existing info object.
In the following, the process for the option Create New Info Object of class multimedia object is described.

The Select Source Object dialog box appears.
Navigate to the file and choose Open.

The Create Content Object dialog box for the root object appears.

Enter your required data and choose Copy.

The Create Structure dialog box appears.

Enter the required data.

The Structure: <Technical Name> dialog box appears.

Define whether the structure should be inserted as an include or a link.

Save the structure.
Result
The structure (including root object) is created and inserted in the structure as a new node.
