Displaying a Version of an Content Object

Use

You can display the contents of a version in the relevant application.

Prerequisites

You are in the version management.

Versions of content objects are displayed.

Procedure

To display the contents of a version, proceed as follows:

  1. Select a version.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathVersion Next navigation step Display ContentEnd of the navigation path.

  3. The Define Directory for Storage on Local Host dialog box appears.

  4. Enter a directory and choose Continue.

Result

The version of the content object is displayed in the application belonging to the format, for example, Word documents are displayed in Word.
