Setting the Version Display

Use

In the version management you can show and hide technical information about the versions:

Display versions (versions of the display formats / not for info objects of the multimedia objects class)
Version key
Class description
Deletion objects (versions of the info object exist in several enhancements. The info object was deleted in a context)

Prerequisites

You are in the version management. Accessed from the Info Object List using Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Version Management End of the navigation path .

Deletion objects must exist if they are to be shown.

Procedure

To show or hide technical information, choose Settings and then the technical information to be shown or hidden.

Result

The selected information is shown or hidden in the list of versions.
