Changing Content Objects

Use

You can change content objects that already exist in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse system.

Prerequisites

The structures and their content objects must be checked in.

Using this function you can

• Enter and change texts

• Set hyperlinks

Activities

• Change content objects starting with the Info Object List

1. Select the content object in the Info Object List.

2. Choose Info Object  Change  Editor or Info Object  Change  New Version.

Either the Change Info Object or Select File(s) for New Version screen appears.

• Change content objects in the structure editor

1. Select the structure object in the Info Object List.

2. Choose Info Object  Change  Editor.

The Change Structure <Technical Name> screen appears.

You can change the content objects in the structure here. You can go directly to the editor by double-clicking.

As an alternative, you can upload a new version by choosing Info Object  Content  Change  Update from File
