Maintaining Info Objects

Use

You can create and change info objects in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

Prerequisites

You have logged on to your SAP Knowledge Warehouse system using SAP GUI for Windows. You are in the initial screen or in the Info Object List.

Features

Using this function you can

• Create info objects (content objects)

  Options: Using a content template or from an existing file (drag and drop from the Windows Explorer).

• Create info objects (structures)

  In addition to the mentioned options for content objects, an info object that already exists in the SAP KW can also be selected as a root object.

• Change info objects (content objects or structures)

  When editing structures it is possible, for example, to add new info objects or remove links to existing objects. A takeover from a different structure using drag and drop is also possible.

• Delete info objects
